All customers shall ensure that the mobile number(s), e-mail address, and/or other details provided by them to us are true, accurate, and in use, at the time of the online transaction. Any liability, consequence, or claim arising on account of any incorrect or outdated information provided by the customer to, same shall solely be borne by the affected customer. We shall not be liable to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the customer.


User Roles and Responsibilities

There are four types of users on the Platform, each with specific permissions and responsibilities:
Admin: Responsible for overseeing the entire platform, managing own organization, and monitoring overall usage. Master Admins can access reports for all users, playbooks, and test results across the platform.
Manager: Manages users within their own organization, with the ability to track user progress, view test results, and monitor playbook completion.
Playbook Author: Has the authority to create, update, and manage playbooks. Playbook Authors are responsible for ensuring that the playbooks are accurate and relevant to the organization's needs.
Members: Participate in playbooks, complete assigned tasks, and take tests. Members' progress is tracked and can be viewed by Admins.


Data Collection and Usage

The Platform collects personal data such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers to provide personalized services and improve user experience. This data may be used for:
Account Management: Email and phone numbers are used for account verification, password recovery, and sending important notifications.
Communication:We may contact users via email or phone to provide updates, support, or important information related to their use of the Platform.
Improving User Experience: We may use email and phone numbers to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and send personalized recommendations based on user activity and preferences.
The Platform collects information about users, such as their progress on tasks, test results, and interaction with playbooks. This data is used to provide performance insights and improve user experience. User data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. All data collection is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and users have the option to manage their communication preferences or unsubscribe from non-essential communications.


Intellectual Property

All content created on the Platform, including playbooks, documents, and tests, remains the intellectual property of the organization or the Playbook Author, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this content is prohibited.


User Conduct

All users must use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. Misuse, including unauthorized access to information, falsifying data, or harassing other users, will result in termination of access.


Limitation of Liability

Piplhr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees as to the accuracy or completeness of the content or data provided.We shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, force majeure circumstances, or any other reason beyond its control, and shall not be liable to pay any monetary compensation or otherwise for the same.


Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

The Platform offers multiple subscription plans with varying features and user limits. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined for your chosen plan.

Implementation Setup Support

For all annual plans, implementation support specialists are available for 4 weeks to assist with the setup and onboarding process. Should additional hours be required, the cost is ₹299 per hour.


Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a technical issue or error caused by the Platform, where the organization may issue a refund at its discretion.


Plan Limitations

Each subscription plan has specific limits on the number of users and features. Attempting to exceed these limits may result in restricted access or the need to upgrade to a higher plan. Admins are responsible for managing users within their organization and ensuring they remain within the subscribed plan limits.


Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for users who violate these Terms or engage in unlawful behavior.


Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


*We do not hereby warrant that the Call Center will run concurrently and error-free during and/or after this offer and we shall not be directly liable for issues related to technical and/or human error whatsoever. However, we shall work towards the best interest of the Customer.
