Playbook Feature Data Collection

If you use the Playbook feature on our Platform, we collect and store information related to subjects, topics, and articles created by the Playbook Author for employees of that organization. This data is stored in our database to facilitate access for relevant users, such as employees of the same organization, ensuring they can view the content as intended. In the event that the Playbook Author or the user deletes any of the information, it will be automatically removed from our database. We ensure that only authorized users of the respective organization have access to this data, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the best use of the Platform for users.


User (Admin User)

We use your personal information to make your data visible to your member users. Member users within your organization can view details such as your name, email ID, position in the organization, and any additional information you have shared with us.


User (Manager User)

We use your personal information to enable you to monitor your team’s progress effectively. As a Manager, you can view details such as your team members' names, email IDs, and their performance metrics. This information is shared to facilitate better communication, collaboration, and support for your team within the organization.


User (Playbook User)

We use your personal information to make your Playbook data accessible to your member users. Member users can view the Playbooks, subjects, and other details you have provided access to within the Playbook feature. This information is shared to facilitate access and collaboration within your organization.


User (Member User)

We use your personal information to provide the services you request and to enhance your experience on our Platform. Your data helps us tailor our services for better use cases and an improved user experience.


Cookies

We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Platform to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. Cookies do not contain any of your personal information.
