1.Customer Information

All customers shall ensure that the mobile number(s), e-mail address, and/or other details provided by them to us are true, accurate, and in use, at the time of the online transaction. Any liability, consequence, or claim arising on account of any incorrect or outdated information provided by the customer shall solely be borne by the affected customer. We shall not be liable to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the customer.

2.User Roles and Responsibilities

Admin: Responsible for overseeing the entire platform, managing own organization, and monitoring overall usage. Master Admins can access reports for all users, playbooks, and test results across the platform.
Members: Participate in playbooks, complete assigned tasks, and take tests. Members' progress is tracked and can be viewed by Admins.

3.Data Collection and Usage

The Platform collects personal data such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers to provide personalized services and improve user experience. This data may be used for:

Account Management: Email and phone numbers are used for account verification, password recovery, and sending important notifications.
Communication: We may contact users via email or phone to provide updates, support, or important information related to their use of the Platform.
Improving User Experience: We may use email and phone numbers to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and send personalized recommendations based on user activity and preferences.

4.Third-Party Authentication (Google Sign-In)

Piplhr offers Google Sign-In as a convenient authentication method. When you choose to sign up or log in using your Google account, we access the following information from your Google profile:

Name: Used to set up and personalize your Piplhr account profile.
Email Address: Used as your unique account identifier for login, account verification, password recovery, and essential service communications.
Profile Picture (if available): Used to display your avatar within the Piplhr platform.

Why we use Google Sign-In: We offer Google Sign-In to provide a faster, more secure, and seamless registration and login experience. It eliminates the need to create and remember a separate password for Piplhr, reducing friction during onboarding and improving account security through Google's authentication infrastructure.

How we use this data: The information obtained through Google Sign-In is used solely for account creation, authentication, and providing our platform services. We do not access your Google contacts, Google Drive files, Gmail messages, or any other Google services data. We do not sell, share, or use your Google account data for advertising purposes.

Data storage and security: Information received from Google Sign-In is stored securely and treated with the same level of protection as all other user data on our platform, in accordance with industry-standard security practices.

You may revoke Piplhr's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions settings. For questions about how we handle Google Sign-In data, contact us at support@piplhr.com.

5.Intellectual Property

All content created on the Platform, including playbooks, documents, and tests, remains the intellectual property of the organization or the Playbook Author, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this content is prohibited.

6.User Conduct

All users must use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. Misuse, including unauthorized access to information, falsifying data, or harassing other users, will result in termination of access.

7.Limitation of Liability

Piplhr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees as to the accuracy or completeness of the content or data provided. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, force majeure circumstances, or any other reason beyond its control.

8.Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

The Platform offers multiple subscription plans with varying features and user limits. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined for your chosen plan.

Free Plan: Allows the Admin to add up to 3 users within the organization.
Team Plan: For organizations seeking to maximize value while receiving the same product features with additional users. Cost: ₹189 per user per month.

9.Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: No cancellation policy.
Refunds: Subscription fees are refundable within 7 days of the initial purchase. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

10.Plan Limitations

Each subscription plan has specific limits on the number of users and features. Attempting to exceed these limits may result in restricted access or the need to upgrade to a higher plan. Admins are responsible for managing users within their organization and ensuring they remain within the subscribed plan limits.

11.Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for users who violate these Terms or engage in unlawful behavior.

12.Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.Disclaimer

We do not hereby warrant that the Call Center will run concurrently and error-free during and/or after this offer and we shall not be directly liable for issues related to technical and/or human error whatsoever. However, we shall work towards the best interest of the Customer.
