Is it free to join as a recruiter?
Yes. Signing up, building your profile and receiving hiring requests is free. Piplhr does not charge recruiters a joining fee or a commission.
How do I get paid for a placement?
You agree your fee - per placement, per project or a percentage of CTC - directly with the company that sends you the request, and they pay you directly.
How do companies find me?
Companies on a Piplhr paid plan browse the Recruiter Network by skill, city and experience. When your profile fits a role, they send you a request with a brief and a budget.
How long does verification take?
Once you submit a complete profile with your resume, the Piplhr team reviews it and approves it. If something is missing, you are told exactly what to add.
When does a company get my phone number and email?
Only after you accept their request. Until then, companies see your profile but not your contact details.
